This garlic dip is now quite infamous so I always make plenty to send to neighbours. You choose how strong you want it by playing around with more or less garlic.
100g Greek yoghurt (tried supermarket brands but Total is the best)
200g mayonaise (double of Greek yog, use light version if you’re watching the calories)
Juice from 1 lemon.
3 garlic cloves (crushed to fine paste)
Salt and Black Pepper to season.
1. Juice the lemon and crush the garlic
2. Add the yoghurt, mayonaise, lemon and garlic then mix.
3. Season to taste
