More Kbb Show Launches, Plus The New Showroom From Point 5 Kitchens

By

This time we wanted to show you some details of the new Belsize Park showroom from Point 5 Kitchens. The team, Joe Kardani and Tomasz Kolasinkski were also finalists for the KBB Review Retail & Design Awards 2026 in the Kitchen Designer of the Year Project (over £50,000), which was sponsored by Rangemaster.

Contemporary luxury at its finest from Point 5 Kitchens

Joe Kardani, Point 5 Kitchens, explains that the new Point 5 Belsize Park Showroom was designed to show alternative ideas and spaces to those in their original Muswell Hill showroom. ‘We have deliberately made both showrooms different from each other so we can show a broader spectrum of our work. Sometimes our clients like to see both showrooms as it give a good overview of our design skills. Being bespoke designers means a great deal to us, so we always want to show as many different details as we can in our showrooms’. Above, the Gaggenau display with dark brushed oak veneer cabinetry with double beading and gold mesh detailing on the glazed wall cabinets. Dekton Porcelain frames the sink area, and the island also features the Gaggenau invisible hob.

Joe Kardani continues ‘It was important that the showroom space flows well, displaying many different finishes as well as appliances. The Belsize Park location was a very important decision from the outset. We had chosen certain areas where we wanted to get a foothold for the company. We needed it to be close to the existing Muswell Hill showroom, but far enough away to allow us to reach a new demographic. Footfall and the busy location ensured we would be seen by passersby. The view of the showroom from the street and the displays we planned for the front windows needed to be impactful to draw clients in’. Above, the left-hand side of the front display includes a backlit onyx bar, pocket doors and Atlas Plan porcelain surfaces.

The Blue Kitchen balances traditional Shaker style with modern Point 5 flair

We asked what Joe and Tomasz were most happy with regarding the new showroom design. Joe replies ‘I think it shows a great representation of what we do, not just in kitchens, but with wardrobes, bar areas, TV units and display storage, all of which is incorporated into the new showroom’. Above, this display has hidden storage behind sliding stone slabs, a sprayed metal extractor cover and a spacious floating seating area.

The lower level of the showroom includes a bar and whisky room

We also asked if there are any particular features showroom visitors always look at first … Joe replies ‘It always depends on an individual customer and their priorities. We lead the conversation into what they want to fit into the space so have an idea of they way they will use the kitchen. Will it be driven by appliances, or the space required for entertaining and so on. Customers often have inspiration images to show us and that can be really helpful as a starting point’. Point 5 Kitchens designs furniture for many other areas of the home. Above, the bar area and whisky room, which naturally will be designed to very personal specifications.

The lower level also includes an impressive dressing room display

What new style trends are you currently enjoying using? Joe replies ‘We don’t stick to one thing, so it’s quite difficult to say. We seem to be using a lot of slim Shaker designs at the moment but we also use a lot of flat spray painted doors as well. We are also using a lot more handles now – we were designing a lot of handleless but now are a mixing handles and handleless within the same kitchen’. Above, ideas for a very personalised dressing room, from Point 5, including shoe racks, dressing table/jewellery storage island and glazed wardrobe doors.

Sophisticated Baseline sinks will add serious style credentials
