Turkish Summer Menu: Artichoke with Vegetables

- 4 artichokes
- 1 potato
- 1 carrot
- 2 small cups of green peas
- 1 onion
- Half a glass of olive oil
- 1 dessert spoon full of salt
- Juice of half a lemon
- Some dill
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Put the olive oil into a casserole pan and heat a little
Peal the onion and potato. Cut the onion, carrot and potato into small cubes
Add the chopped onion, carrot and the green peas to the olive oil. Stir them together for 2 min and add a glass of water. Cook for around 5 minutes.
Add the artichokes with the lemon juice. Let them simmer until the vegetables are soft and the water reduces.
